Buying from us

We work very hard to ensure that all our customers are pleased with their products and service. However if you do experience a problem please notify us straight away and we will do our best rectify any problems which may have occurred as quickly as we can.

Money back guarantee

We are happy to give refunds or exchange on any items purchased from us providing that they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt. The cost of return postage is not refundable.  

Cancellation of orders

To cancel an order you can telephone prior to delivery of your items, quoting your order number. Orders that have already been dispatched prior to notification will be subject to return postal costs and the condition of items as stated in our Money Back Guarantee policy.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery

Subject to stock your order will be dispatched the day following receipt of payment and will be sent via UK parcel delivery service. PLEASE NOTE our delivery charges apply to The UK Mainland only. For Islands and Highlands please contact us for more information. WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.

Collection in person

Customers are welcome to order on 01761 432205 and collect from us directly - Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm. We have card facilities on site if required.
